Appearance: Light yellow powder, density approximately 1.65 g/cm³.

Different grades vary in particle size, gas yield, decomposition temperature, etc., to meet diverse processing requirements.
SA1000: Particle size 10-15 µm, decomposition temperature approx. 205 ± 5 °C, gas yield approx. 225 ± 5 ml/g. Suitable for conventional plastics like EVA, PE, PVC.
SA3000: Particle size 8-10 µm, finer grade ideal for products requiring smooth surfaces and precise cellular structures.
SA5000: Particle size 6-8 µm, specifically designed for thin sheets and high-precision foamed products.
SA6000: Particle size 4-6 µm, suitable for precision structural components, small packaging, and automotive seals.
SA7000: Particle size 3-5.5 µm, the highest-end specification, used in automotive interiors, premium plastic cushioning, and similar applications.

These products are based on standard AC and undergo modification processes—such as enhanced temperature resistance, reduced decomposition temperature, finer particle size, and adjusted gas yield—to suit specific materials or processing conditions.

For products requiring finer cell structure and high surface smoothness.
Example: SA5000D is a modified AC foaming agent with a low decomposition temperature (approximately 145 ± 5°C).

Shuntai-NC-6 Model: White powder suitable for PVC blow molding and injection molding foaming. Provides PVC shoe soles with excellent whiteness, color, and uniform bubble structure.
Shuntai-NC-2 Model: Used for foaming PVC, PE, and PS products, resulting in more uniform cell structure and superior whiteness.
Appearance: White powder. Suitable for products with high color requirements (e.g., light-colored or white soles, PVC footwear materials, toy plastic components).
When used in combination with AC foaming agents, it enhances bubble uniformity and improves product appearance quality.
Applications: Footwear materials (white soles), children's toys, decorative materials, lightweight sheets, etc.
OBSH is an organic compound widely used for foaming in the rubber and plastics industries.
Characteristics: Suitable for applications requiring low decomposition temperatures, high cell structure requirements, or rubber systems. Strict safety protocols must be followed during handling.
Applications: Rubber products (e.g., seals, gaskets), plastic foam materials, specialty foam products.
Features:
High gas yield, suitable for applications requiring high foaming performance or large expansion ratios.
Compatible with various raw materials (rubber, synthetic rubber, plastics such as PVC, PE, PS, ABS, etc.)

Masterbatch formulation facilitates processing, metering, and blending, making it ideal for automated production.
This eco-friendly masterbatch emphasizes low odor, low residue, and compliance with environmental regulations (such as REACH, ROHS, etc.).
Applications: Automated injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, and sheet production lines. Particularly suited for packaging, children's products, medical device linings, and other applications with stringent environmental requirements.
Core-shell structure, with the outer shell typically composed of thermoplastic polymers and the inner core consisting of low-boiling-point organic gases. When heated, the shell softens and the gas expands, producing a foaming effect.
High expansion ratio, suitable for lightweight materials, easily processed products, and items requiring high surface quality.
Applications: Toys, sports equipment, lightweight furniture panels, packaging materials, lightweight concrete, or composite materials.
